GENERAL APPOINTMENTS

  • Yes. Bisou Bridal is an appointment based boutique. Where each bride is welcomed into an elevated and personalized bridal experience with one of our dedicated stylists.

  • The First Bridal Appointment requires a deposit of $31.50 (incl. GST) for an up-to 90-minute experience with a dedicated stylist.

    Your Refined Return Appointment requires a deposit of $52.50 (incl. GST) for a focused 60-minute session. Should you choose your gown with Bisou Bridal, the full amount will be applied toward your purchase; otherwise, it is retained as an appointment fee.

    All appointment deposits are non-refundable, though they may be transferred in full to a rescheduled appointment.

  • We recommend bringing 2-4 guests whose opinions you trust most. Our boutique is intimate and thoughtfully designed to create a focused and memorable experience for you.

    For larger parities, we kindly ask that you contact the boutique in advance, so we may accommodate your group with the same care.

  • We recommend:

    • Seamless, nude-toned undergarments

    • Hair tie or clips

    • A few wedding dress images for inspiration

    • An open heart and an open mind

    No heels are required for your first bridal appointment.

  • Our collections begin at approximately $2,500, upwards to $20,000. With most dresses falling between $3,500-$10,000.

Ordering & timelines

  • Most designer dresses take approximately 6-10 months to arrive, depending on the designer and style.

    We strongly recommend shopping 10-14 months before your wedding date. Please ensure your venue is confirmed prior to your bridal dress shopping.

  • An expedited production timeline is available. Additional fees may apply.

  • Absolutely, we offer in-store sample dresses year-round at a reduced price point. Whether you’re working with a timeline of under 3 months or simply hoping to find a beautiful dress at an exceptional value. You’re welcome to request to try our samples during your appointment.

SIZING

  • Our boutique samples are typically bridal sizes between 8–12.

  • Yes. We keep a curated selection of curve styles.. We kindly ask that you call ahead of your appointment so we may set these gowns aside and have them ready upon your arrival.

  • Bridal sizing runs quite differently from everyday street sizing. The number on the tag typically falls two to three sizes higher than what you wear day-to-day.

Alterations

  • Yes, Bisou Bridal has a dedicated in-house alterations atelier, making the journey from your first fitting to your final one completely seamless.

  • Most brides begin alterations approximately 8–12 weeks before the wedding date.

    Brides with multiple outfits or destination weddings may wish to begin earlier.


  • Most brides require between 9 to 15 hours of tailoring per dress, an estimated cost of $900 to $1,500.

    Our Current rates:

    Bisou brides | $99 per hour (standard rate)
    For dresses purchased at our boutique.

    Welcomed Dresses | $129 per hour
    We are delighted to care for gowns purchased elsewhere.

    Express | $149 per hour
    For intimate timelines, completed within one week or less.

  • Yes, our atelier welcomes dresses purchased beyond our boutique based on availability.

PAYMENTS & POLICIES

  • A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to place a dress order.

    The remaining balance is due upon dress arrival in-store.

  • All special orders, deposits, sample dress, accessories, and sale merchandise are final sale. 

    Each dress is made specifically for you, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Our Team will contact you as soon as your dress arrives to arrange the next steps, whether that is scheduling your dress arrival appointment, a first fitting with our seamstress or coordinating a pick-up time that suits you.
