Bisou: Tips to staying motivated to reach ones fitness goals.Ella: Set realistic, healthy and simple goals. Choose goals that are doable and that ultimately will make you happy. Don’t obsess over the numbers (such as weight or measurements) instead envision how you want to feel on your wedding day. Use food journals and exercise logs to track your progress and celebrate your accomplishments along the way. Finally, give yourself time, change doesn’t happen overnight, it comes with consistency over time.
